The extremely sturdy BESSEY one-handed clamps are perfect for all work that needs to be carried out with one hand; like overhead tasks, or if additional tools need to be used at the same time for aligning purposes. The BESSEY EHZ one-handed clamp enables you to hold or fix in place with just one hand. It also allows you to clamp just as powerfully as ever.
The EHZ one-handed clamp is characterised by its hand lever. This can be operated from both the rail side and the handle side. In the handling process mentioned above, you do not have to move your hand to actuate the trapezoidal threaded spindle after fixing. It is then clamped tight with a clamping force of up to 5,000 N. The clamp is released as usual by turning the spindle back. The sliding arm can also be moved easily and without effort by pressing the rapid move button on the back of the sliding arm.
When fixing quickly, the pressure plate is held straight by an elastic sleeve. This prevents it buckling out into a clamping position.
The clamp body is made of tempered steel; the housing and the lever are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. The removable protective caps are extremely flexible and have smooth, durable surfaces made of flexible plastic; they, therefore, enable gentle clamping.
The EHZ one-handed clamp is available with a clamping width of 300 mm or 600 mm, each with a throat depth of 100 mm
