The BESSEY band clamp does excellent work wherever unusual shapes have to be clamped, such as furniture with rounded edges, corners or mitred workpieces. It is easy to operate, lightweight and has an extremely high clamping force thanks to its optimised band guide based on the pulley principle. The specially-woven polyester band is particularly tearresistant and can clamp up to 7 metres.
The band can be pre-tensioned and wound up using a crank handle that can be inserted on the left or the right of the housing as required. The clamping process is easy to control via a trapezoidal threaded spindle and the ergonomic handle. An assembled band intake on both sides ensures that clamping is even and without distortion. A further benefit is the band coupling that is easy to open and cannot be detached, which enables workpieces to be clamped or the grip to be changed on them without problems.
The BESSEY vario corners are supplied as standard but are also available individually. The tilting pressure plates enable the angle to be adjusted infinitely from 60° to 180° on corners and edges with pressure on the mitred surface. The vario corners are quick to mount and complement the BESSEY band clamp perfectly.
There is a basic set, consisting of the band clamp BAN700 and 4 vario corners BVE. The vario corners BVE are also available as an accessory set of 6 pieces.
